Mini Heroes 3-6yrs (Monday 4:15 - 4:45)
Specially designed for children who are aged 3-6 years old. We use martial arts as a tool to educate our young with our unique character and education programme to give them a head start in life.
Junior Heroes 7-11yrs (Monday 5:00 - 5:45)
The Hero Junior programme is designed for 7-11 years old. Hero martial arts schools all carry the same ethos “a healthy body and a healthy mind” and our aim is to get the very best from our students.
Family/Adults 7yrs+ (Monday 6:45 - 7:45)
Our family / adult classes for 7yrs plus, for whatever reason you might be taking up the martial arts keeping fit, self-defence, a healthier lifestyle or maybe you’ve always wanted to get a black belt.
