MINI HEROES 3-6YRS
The early years of childhood are crucial, at Hero Martial Arts Schools, we believe they lay the foundation for life.
That’s why our Mini Hero class, for 3 to 6 year olds, focuses on more than just self-defence. We help children develop respect, discipline, focus, and confidence, giving them a head start in life. All of this is done in a fun, engaging environment that kids love.
We also work closely with parents to help each child achieve their personal goals, ensuring every child can thrive in their own unique way.
JUNIOR HEROES 7-11YRS
Our junior programme is designed for children 7-11 years old and is built to teach a child everything they need to thrive and grow in life.
We focus on building physical fitness, confidence and self-defence whilst promoting kindness and respect.
We also incorporate the traditions of martial arts but implement them with a fun, modern twist to ensure every student doesn’t just learn martial arts, but has a fun, enjoyable time, making friends within our Hero community.
JUNIOR HEROES 7-11YRS

Whether you’re an adult wanting to improve your health or a parent wishing to train alongside your child, Hero Martial Arts Schools is for you!
Our Family and Adult classes, for ages 7+, provide a unique opportunity to bond with your child while developing martial arts skills. You'll join a supportive community where each student, regardless of ability, progresses at their own pace, ensuring you’re never rushed or pushed beyond your comfort level.
