Mini Heroes 3-6yrs (Fridays 5:00 - 5:45pm)
Specially designed for children who are aged 3-6 years old. We use martial arts as a tool to educate our young with our unique character and education programme to give them a head start in life.
Junior & Family 7yrs+ (Fridays 6:00 - 7:00pm)
The Hero Junior & Family programme is designed for 7 years plus. Hero martial arts schools all carry the same ethos “a healthy body and a healthy mind” and our aim is to get the very best from our students.
Kickboxing 13yrs+ (Fridays 7:15 - 8:15pm)
Hero Kickboxing is the ultimate way to get in shape and learn real fighting skills. Whether you want fitness, self-defence, or the thrill of competition, our classes give you the confidence and ability to succeed.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu 16yrs+ (Sundays 5:00 - 6:30pm)
